• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through Firebase Authentication (Google, email/password).
• Signature Content: Email signature designs, templates, branding assets, logos, and custom text you create or upload. These are stored in Google Cloud Firestore.
• Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Vivid Signature services.
• To process transactions and send related information (receipts, confirmations).
• To send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions, analytics, and advertising measurement:

• Firebase Auth: Session tokens stored in browser local storage to maintain your login.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymized usage data to help us understand traffic and engagement. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta Pixel: Used for measuring advertising effectiveness on Meta platforms. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

Your signature data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is managed by Firebase Authentication. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, database, and hosting.
• Stripe: Payment processing.

• Meta (Facebook): Advertising measurement.

We retain your account and signature data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
