What this does, and what it does not
Email clients are not browsers, and no signature tool can change that. We
would rather you know the limits before you buy than discover them after.
- Outlook on Windows renders with the Word engine.
Rounded corners, CSS background images and web fonts do not work there.
We emit VML fallbacks and email-safe font stacks so it degrades cleanly,
and the builder tells you exactly which choices will change and where
— before you paste anything.
- Gmail clips messages over roughly 102KB. A very heavy
signature gets hidden behind “View entire message”. The
builder tracks your size against that budget and warns you before you
cross it.
- Some clients block remote images by default
(ProtonMail always; Outlook and Gmail often, until the reader opts in).
Your logo may not appear on first view. That is a client setting, not
something any tool can override.
- Animated GIFs show only their first frame in Outlook.
- Video does not play in any mainstream email client.
We support a thumbnail that links out; nothing embeds and plays inline.
- This is a signature builder, not a mail server. It
generates HTML you install in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and others. It
does not send email on your behalf.
- Installation is per-client and manual. We provide
step-by-step instructions per client. There is no browser extension and
no automatic deployment into someone else’s mailbox.
